HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

When you make a purchase from us you will get to create your account at the checkout.

We will ask you to set a username and password which you then use to access your secure and private account.

 

HOW DO I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?

Accessing your account is super easy on our site. Just look at the top right of the screen and you’ll see all your account links.

To log in and access all your content bundles, just click the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ link and log in using your email and password.

FAQ 1

Inside your account you’ll have access to all of your personal information and all of your download links.

I CAN'T FIND MY LOG IN DETAILS EMAIL FROM YOU? HOW DO I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT NOW?

First thing to do is check all your additional folders in your email … such as your spam folder, promos, socials. Sometimes our email ends up in your other folders instead of your main inbox.

If you still can’t find the login details email then you can simply reset your password via our site.

Look at the top right of the site and you’ll see a number of links highlighted in pink – just click the link ‘LOST PASSWORD’ and request a password reset.

You will then be sent an email with a reset link inside.

WHY CAN'T I FIND MY CONTENT BUNDLES?

When you make a purchase from us you’ll find your content bundles inside your account under the section called ‘downloads’.

These links will stay in your account until the content bundle listing has been removed from our store.

Many of our bundles are only available to buy for a limited time and then they are removed. This is to keep our product exclusive.

Once we remove the listing from the site, the content is also removed – this is to save space on our system and stop it from getting slow and sluggish.

It is important that you download your content bundles as soon as possible as old orders can not be retrieved once removed from the site.

How Do I Download My Products?

After you have made a purchase from us, we will send you a confirmation email with links to all of your bundles. Just click each link to download.

You can also access your content bundles any time from your account. When you make a purchase from us, we automatically create a private account for you. All fo your order information and download links can be accessed there too.

When logged into your account, just click on ‘DOWNLOADS’ from the list on the left-hand side. A list of all your content will be there. Just click on each one to download to your computer.

All files are zipped and you will need an unzipper program. Here is a list of free ones we recommend:

 

WHAT SOFTWARE DO I NEED TO OPEN & EDIT MY FILES?

You will need, Microsoft word, a text file reader and a PDF file reader to read/edit your content bundles such as course and workshops – you’ll also need a file unzipper program such as …

 To access and use your Canva templates, you just need a free or pro canva account.

How can the content bundles be best used?

Each content bundles will contain a number of different items, such as a lead magnet, workshop training content and promotional content.

The content has been researched and written by expert writers and has all the juicy bits of information you will need to showcase your skills and knowledge to your audience.

Once you have chosen a bundle and downloaded it, we always suggest reading the content through from start to finish. Then once you have any idea of what is spoken about in the content, you are ready to add your own flare. It’s very important that you edit the content so that it sounds and feels like you and to make it unique. The best way to do this is by adding your own personal stories or stories about your clients, adding your own suggestions or action points you want your audience to take.

The workshop and course bundles can be used in so many different ways too. You can use the content to create in-person workshops, create a pre-recorded video/audio course where you’re using the content as a script, you can even launch lives workshops too. The possibilities are endless to what you can do with the content.

WHY CAN'T I DOWNLOAD/OPEN MY BUNDLE VIA MY PHONE?

All our content bundles come in zip files to make them small enough to share and download. If your phone does not have an app that unzips and open files, you will not be able to open them.

If your phone does not have Microsoft word, text file reader or PDF reader, you will also not be able to access your files.

It is always adviced that you use a computer or laptop to download and edit your content bundles.

MY BUNDLES WON'T DOWNLOAD?
If the download stops but hangs and fails to complete, try cancelling the download and saving to a different location on your hard drive.
 
If you click the download link and nothing happens, try right-clicking on the link and selecting “Save As”.
If you still have issues downloading your bundles, clear your cache and cookies and try again … if that also doesn’t help, try a different browser.
 
If none of the above scenarios apply or fix your problem, please open a support ticket and we will send you an alternate download link.
I'VE DOWNLOADING MY BUNDLES BUT I CAN'T SEEM TO OPEN THEM?

First off … make sure you have unzipped your bundles. Once they are unzipped you’ll be able to access everything inside.

If you have unzipped your folder but the content inside won’t open or is corrupt, please try the following:

1 – Delete everything and try to download again. Make sure your internet connection is working well as files will get corrupt if you interne cuts out during the download process.

 2 – Make sure you are using the right program to open/read your content. We only every use standard formats with our content so you should already have everything you need to open/read your content, such as Microsoft Word, Text file reader, PDF reader.

3 – Hover over your files, left-click and select ‘open with’ and select the right program for the file type.

If you are still having issues reading/opening your download, please open a support ticket so we can help you in more detail.

PAYMENTS

I don't have a PayPal account, can I still order?

 Yes! You can either choose to use PayPal as guest or you can choose to use Stripe instead.

We have our payment processor set up so that you don’t actually need your own PayPal account to place an order.

When you are redirected to PayPal you can choose the option at the bottom …

“Pay with debit or credit card”

PayPal will always ask you if you’d like to open an account but you can choose not and “proceed to payment”

PAYPAL IS SHOWING AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I TRY TO PLACE MY ORDER - WHAT DO I DO?

Sometimes things go funky weird with technology and occasionally your link to PayPal gets messed up and you will get an error message from PayPal during checkout … don’t worry this is usually quickly fixed by trying the following things:

1 – Clear your cache and cookies and try again

2 – Try a different browser, some browsers can be more temperamental than others during a PayPal check out process.

3 – If you are using your phone, try placing your order via a computer/laptop instead.

4 – If you are still having issues after you have tried the following, then please contact our support team for assistance.

How do I use my discount codes?

We offer so many awesome coupon codes and 2 easy ways to add them to your orders.

1 – ADD WHILE IN BASKET VIEW

When you add all your awesome bundles to your basket, you can click on the little basket icon on the top right of the site. Once in basket view you can simply copy and paste your coupon code into the code section on the left – then click ‘APPLY COUPON’ and your discount will be automatically set.

2 – AT THE CHECKOUT

When in the checkout view, you will see a pink banner notice at the top of the page that say ‘HAVE A COUPON CODE? CLICK HERE TO ENTER CODE’

Simply click and it will bring a little drop-down box where you can copy and paste your code and apply to your order.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of all the products on this site, no refunds can be given in any circumstances. This is to protect our content from those who purchase, download, get a refund but still us the content.

Also, as everything is digital, there is no way of ‘returning to us’ for a refund as you would with physical products.
